Imagine you meet a motivated and sharp entrepreneurial person that you just know would knock the ball out of the park in your particular business. Your mouth waters at the possibility of working with him/her. You can see the potential of your business growing over the sticking point and finally you start making real money. The money is going to start filling your bank account and you can buy the car that you really want. Maybe you’ll even pay for it in cash. The house of your dreams. You can start that scholarship fund for needy children and if you have kids you know their college education is paid for if they choose to go. Maybe a second home on the water… You get the point.
Ok, it looks like this is a hot topic and everyone is in the same boat on this one. To bad most people are not being honest about this. Time for that to stop now. I don’t care if you are involved with network marketing, direct sales, home based business, small business, affiliate marketing or any other kind of business. It could be IBM, Apple or the local pizza shop. You may be able to find a leader or two and I’m sure you’ll meet quite a few. You might even be lucky enough for a true leader to stop and talk with you but chances are 99% of the time they move on without you. Why is this? And more importantly, what can you do about it? In order to work with a leader that can make that kind of difference you need to know where to look. There is one secret place to look for leaders, and when you find it you may want to keep it a secret.
There is one answer and one answer only. First I need to lay down a challenge for you. I run a private group that I have mentioned before, called The Millionaire Mindset group. My experience says that you will not do the next step that I ask of you even though it will give you the answer to our question. It will not cost you a penny or take much physical effort. And still, most of you will not follow the next step because it is so simple.
I want you to get in front of a mirror for literally 5 seconds. Look at yourself directly in the eyes for 5 seconds and then come back to reading.
If you actually did this please let me know. I want to you to understand the cold hard truth about attracting leaders into your life. You will NEVER attract a leader until YOU become a leader. You must work on it voraciously and relentlessly. Leadership will never come find you, you must develop it. It is an ongoing process and it never ends. You either want to be a leader or you don’t, but do not fool yourself into thinking leaders will spend quality time with you until you have chosen this path. Read constantly, watch videos, attend seminars and confrences, absorb like a sponge, put into action always and never stop. This is why I have created this blog to help you. I link to only a few sources that I truly believe have been priceless for learning. I will be adding more as I see theri value. Many are not listed because they are not of high business value. My list of CDs, books etc are numerous and they should be for you too. This is the secret of attracting leaders, guard it well and I look forward to humbly walking on the path with you.
